Welcome Vendors!
We’re excited to have you join us for the Honouring Arts Festival. This page has all the essential details you need to prepare for the event.
This page is your go-to resource for all vendor-related information, designed to make your participation as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From event rules and booth layouts to downloadable materials and marketing tips, you’ll find everything you need to prepare for a successful day.

1. Event Details
- Event Date: June 14th, 2025
- Event Location: Fiat Farm, 757 Route 400, Russell, Ontario K4R 1E5
- Market Event Time: 3:00 - 8:00 PM
- Set-up Time: 12:30 - 2:45 PM
- Tear-Down Time: 8:00-9:00 PM
- Vendor Location on Site: TBD - will be assigned the week of the event.

- Accommodation maps: The nearest suggested accommodations.
- Booth Location Map: Check the Booth Location Map (one week before the event) to find your assigned space and other key areas at the festival.

3. Exhibitor Fees
- The table fees are going towards supporting similar future events for the farm and our organization.
- $50 for one 10''x10'' space before April 14th, 2025.
- $60 for for one 10''x10'' space after April 14th, 2025.
- Chairs and tables rental available for $10.
- Does not include electricity or water.
- Please note that vendor spaces are available on a first come first serve basis and are not available to all applicants.
- Approved vendors will receive an invoice after application is received for payment process.
- Payments can be made via e-transfer at information@altruismgoutart.org or cash.
- No spaces are held unless payment is received.
4. Rules and Regulations
1. Vendor Spaces
- The event is held on a farm. Please be prepare for outdoor conditions and uneven terrain.
- Vendor spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A vendor space is considered reserved only when full payment has been received. Payments must be made in full upon receiving the invoice.
2. Product Guidelines
- Only handmade goods are allowed; no direct market sales.
- Vendors may not sell drugs, paraphernalia, tobacco products, weapons, or illegal studded jewelry.
3. Dress Code and Conduct
- Dress and attire must be appropriate for a family-friendly event and environment.
- The event is held on a farm. Vendors are encouraged to dress appropriately for outdoor and farm land.
- No profanity or abusive behavior will be tolerated. Violators will be removed from the premises, prohibited from future events, and no refund will be issued.
4. Setup and Equipment
- Participants must supply their own display items, battery pack, power cords, shade tents, cash box, pens, equipment, and other supplies needed for the event. No generators allowed.
- Load-in/load-out access is permitted for a limited time to deliver or restock food, merchandise, or other supplies. Consider bringing a cart or folding cart for assistance.
- Vendor parking will be assigned on-site.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and assume all risks in the event of loss or damage. All equipment should be clearly marked with the vendor's name.
- Vendors are responsible for their own insurance for their materials. While the host will provide liability insurance, the Honouring Arts Festival, GoūtArt Altruism, and Fiat Farm are not liable for any third-party claims arising from vendor negligence.
6. Cleanliness and Area Maintenance
- Participants are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. Garbage cans will be provided.
- Portable toilets will be available.
7. Sales and Booth Operations
- All sales must be conducted from the vendor’s assigned booth. Roaming sales are not permitted.
- Vendors may not use bullhorns, megaphones, flashing lights, strobes, speakers, or sound amplification. Hawking and crowd solicitation are prohibited.
- Alcohol and narcotics are strictly prohibited on Fiat Farm grounds. Any violation will result in the booth being shut down immediately with no refund or reimbursement.
8. Participation Commitment
- Vendors are expected to participate for the duration of the event unless prior approval is granted.
- The event is rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued unless extreme weather forces the planning committee to cancel the event.
9. Photography and Promotion
- Vendors grant GoūtArt Altruism and Fiat Farm the right to use and publish any photographs of their exhibit or staff for editorial, trade, advertising, or promotional purposes.
10. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to information@altruismgoutart.org. No refunds will be issued, and vendors are responsible for the full vendor fee as spaces may not be reallocated in time.
