About Barb

Patriot Acres Silver is the creation of a military family with over 50 years of combined service in the Canadian Armed Forces. After retiring, they settled on a beautiful ten-acre property in Ontario’s Thousand Islands. What started as a hobby in making shiny, unique items for Barb grew into a small business. Currently, they’re transforming their "Potting Shed" into a studio to offer jewelry-making classes and private events in the future.

Her Creations

Their jewelry is made from .999 fine silver, with chains and findings crafted from .925 sterling silver sourced in Canada. Each piece comes with a handmade necklace or earring card that tells its unique story, and the packaging is made from recycled materials, reflecting their commitment to sustainability. She is also specializing in making custom Canadian Armed Forces"sweetheart" - retirement - memorial, remembrance & military family jewellery.
